Userlytics is a usability testing company that hires freelancers to test different website usability. As a website tester, you’ll be required to record, talk, and test a website. During the testing period, you’ll have certain jobs to perform in order to complete the test. Once you’re done recording your test, you’ll submit the review to the company.

  1. Create an account on the site and fill in your personal information.
  2. Confirm your email address. After this is confirmed the company will start to send you test invitations to your email account.
  3. You’ll need a verified PayPal account to be paid by the company.

What Type of Equipment Do You Need?

  1. You will need a high-speed internet line.
  2. The job requires you to have a desktop or laptop computer that has access to the internet.
  3. A webcam and microphone are necessary to do the job.
  4. Download and install the program the company uses to record your screen during the test.

How Does it Work?

  1. As a website tester, you’re required to visit the website and record the work you do online.
  2. You’re given a list of tasks to complete during the testing. While testing, you’ll need to talk about the task, what you see, how it’s working, and give your feedback on the performance of the site.
  3. Each time a new test is available, you’ll receive an email with the link to the test.

  2. The pay for a website test is $10.
  3. Once your feedback or test has been approved, the money is added to your account on the site.
  4. The company pays each Friday for the test that has been approved.
