  1. From a client perspective, this is not a well-run company. My calls went unanswered for over three weeks. When I reached out to the founder, Donald Spann, to resolve, he cancelled my service WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME and began forwarding my company’s calls to an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT COMPANY.

Would recommend steering clear of them! I have found them to be highly unprofessional.
